Meet Valerie Jean

Valerie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table, from her personal life experiences raising two teenagers, completion of DONA International’s Postpartum Doula Support Training and Infant Massage USA’s Instructor Training—she is able to support families on many different levels.

Valerie has a BS in Biology and work experience in the Biotech industry where she focused on rare genetic diseases and metabolic disorders.

All together her demeanor is calm, professional and nurturing—a welcoming presence to support families during life’s Sacred Transitions.

Her passion for supporting families and her desire to contribute towards positive changes in our world is evident in all aspects of her work. She strives to create a better future for generations to come, starting at the foundation of our society—supporting the Family Unit!

Parenting is a journey filled with twists and turns, challenges and triumphs, but at the heart of it all is LOVE. The love a parent has for their children is unlike any other—it is unconditional, unwavering, and all-encompassing.

From the joy of giving birth and watching your child’s first steps, to the pride of seeing them grow into their own unique person, the love a parent has for their children is a powerful force—one that shapes both the parent and child.

As a wise friend shared with me at the time I told her I was pregnant, “Get ready to fall in love in a way that you never could have imagined”—well I did and I continue to over and over again!

Our children have so much to teach us, we just need to slow down and open our hearts to listen. Wishing you the very best on your parenting journey.

Blessings, Valerie Jean
